About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a Community Support Companion.

Job Description

As a Community Support Companion, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive and enjoyable experience during day trips and outings. You will provide assistance, build rapport with clients, and be part of fun and engaging activities while visiting various destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers throughout the outings.
  • E nsure all clients are comfortable and enjoying their day.
  • Help with mobility assistance where needed.
  • Engage with clients by fostering conversations and building connections.
  • Provide support to colleagues.

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Patient and empathetic when working with aged care clients.
  • Ability to assist with basic mobility needs, if required.
  • Reliable and available for scheduled outings.
