Expert Legal Guidance and Support

Job Description:

Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, including complex projects and real estate services. This pivotal role will partner closely with business leaders to manage risk, foster business growth, and ensure legal integrity and compliance throughout the organisation.

  • Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements for real estate services.
  • Advise management on legal matters and risk mitigation, aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support business growth, including navigating new and evolving regulations.
  • Collaborate to improve legal processes for enhanced risk management.
  • Monitor legal developments and proactively manage associated risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective legal management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws degree with demonstrable experience.
  • Current Practising Certificate in New South Wales (or equivalent).
  • At least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in a full-service law firm or in-house role.
  • Proven experience in a commercial setting, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent advisory, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, commercially minded approach.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and make sound decisions.
