Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet established standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
  • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating dedication to a flawless experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is an asset.
  • A warm and welcoming communication style, making guests and colleagues feel at ease.
  • An eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
