About the Role

This key position involves harnessing expertise in data and analytics to propel business forward. As a strategic advisor, you will oversee deliverable development and workstreams, contribute to analytics strategies, and collaborate closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies for large, regional, and global clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with client managers and internal stakeholders
  • Create predictive models using advanced segmentation and regression techniques
  • Evaluate analytics end-products for accuracy, quality, and timeliness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and synthesize actionable insights
  • Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking principles
  • Proven experience with data analytics software and database structures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with big data frameworks, such as Hadoop, and coding languages like Impala, Hive, or PySpark
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • MBA or master's degree in a relevant field
