Opportunity for Eyewear Expertise

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Optical Dispenser. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing expert eyewear styling advice.

As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele
  • Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists
  • Building meaningful relationships with our clients that give them a reason to visit us again
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience
  • Previous experience with store opening/closing duties
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a desire to continue growing beyond a customer-facing role.
