What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
- A 12-month graduate program available in full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), designed to help early career nurses transition into independent practice.
- General, Perioperative, Mental Health, and Maternity (Registered Midwives only) graduate streams available – depending on hospital preference.
- Ongoing employment contract.

Requirements:
- Evidence of Australian working rights.
- Completion of a nursing course after 1st June 2025 or expected completion at least one month before starting.
- Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays.
Get Ready for Your Application:
- Your updated resume (Mandatory).
- Two recent student clinical placement reports (Mandatory).
- Proof of Australian working rights (e.g., passport, birth certificate, or international passport and relevant Australian working visa evidence).
- As part of your application, you will be asked to select your hospital preference (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) and the graduate stream you are interested in. Your application will be processed based on your first preference.
