Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Participate in multiple placements across different divisions and locations to gain a broad understanding of the organisation's operations
  • Engage in our world-class Kaizen Training Program to learn efficient methodology on systems and processes
  • Experience supply chain management at our state-of-the-art facility
  • Collaborate with customers in our Customer Experience Centre
  • Develop project management and problem-solving skills through individual and team projects
  • Enhance communication and presentation skills by engaging with internal and external stakeholders
About You

We are seeking:

  • University graduates between July 2024 and January 2026
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and committed individuals who value continuous improvement
  • Team players who enjoy delivering results and participating in diverse business activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
