  • They should possess strong content production skills, excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and multiple speaker deliverables.">
  • Experience with show systems, autocue, and integrating multimedia into event production is highly desirable.">
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills are essential.">
">Attend client content meetings to drive content production and ensure alignment with event branding, tone, and technical specifications.">Liaise with internal speakers to gather materials and coordinate the creation of printed and digital workshop materials.">Oversee designers to deliver accurate slides, videos, demos, and other visual assets, while ensuring polish, accuracy, and consistency.">Coordinate off-site and on-site rehearsals, arrange technical requirements, and provide speakers with guidance on templates, timing, and delivery style.">Manage accounts payable and budgets for content-related suppliers, including designers, autocue operators, and technical vendors.">Act as the primary point of contact for all content during the live event and handle last-minute changes, coordinating relevant stakeholders.">Collect and archive final versions of presentations and workshop materials, and contribute to post-event reporting.">">Previous experience working as a Content Producer or Conference Producer within an Events Agency.">Strong content production skills, excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and multiple speaker deliverables.">Familiarity with show systems, autocue, and integrating multimedia into event production.">Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills.">"]},
