Occupational Therapist Role

Our team is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide community-based therapy services in the Ballarat area.

This part-time position offers a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals.

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care in the community, focusing on Home Care Package and Hospital Substitution programs.
  • Provide targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
  • Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal client outcomes.
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision with a dedicated supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services in the community.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
  • Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration.
  • Preferred: Community or hospital OT experience.
