Job Overview:

We're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our technical and operational initiatives, driving success in the energy transition.

This newly-created position will oversee business operations and nurture talent to become future leaders in the energy industry, working with a team of experienced professionals to facilitate strategic advisory and consultancy for clients.

As industry leaders, we're working on Australia's mega-projects and with global developers in renewables to accelerate the transition to clean energy and reduce carbon footprints worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all technical and operational aspects of the company.
  • Motivate and connect team members to our mission and values, creating opportunities for growth into future energy leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and objectives.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in a senior management role is essential, with experience in leading a growing business being highly desirable.

Strong leadership and people management skills, along with the ability to drive a strong team culture.

A strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
