About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Worker to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering interventions to NDIS participants, specifically children aged 0-8, and their families in Southern Brisbane and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality interventions to NDIS participants and their families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners
- Conduct assessments, develop plans, and implement interventions to meet the unique needs of each participant
- Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator)
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- Valid Australian driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check
