Job Summary

As a customer service representative, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by communicating effectively and empathetically.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and sales performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential for success in this position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales software are desirable but not required.
