The Global Business Systems Team

We're a forward-thinking business built on cutting-edge technology, with our Global Business Systems teams being the driving force behind our operations. These sharp minds and steady hands ensure we stay ahead of the curve, delivering seamless experiences for our users.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, models, dashboards, and reports that support all areas of the business. You will deliver actionable insights to drive strategic objectives across Sales, Service, Billing, Marketing, and Product for a global audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in SaaS and assess where we can bring value and shift direction. Your leadership experience will enable you to mentor and develop your team, identifying missing data points to provide greater insights and value to our overall company objectives.

Requirements

  • A seasoned leader with 3+ years of BI experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analytics.
  • Proven leadership experience and technical expertise in dbt, ELT processes, SQL, and data warehousing principles.
  • Experience with Python/R and SQL to drive business insights, as well as proficiency in Tableau and visualizations.
  • Familiarity with prominent data modeling techniques.

  • Analyse data quickly and communicate insights clearly.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
