The Home Support Officer role is integral to our team's success, requiring a high degree of administrative support for the Manager and overall operations. This involves coordinating essential administration tasks such as staffing, roster administration, managing office supplies, and delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on customer service excellence and represent the brand with each internal/external customer transaction.
  • Support occupancy management activities, including key customer interface between customers, regional services, maintaining central system records to support communications.
  • Reception duties include answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors/contractors, booking and confirming appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and dignity when dealing with residents, their families, staff, volunteers, consumers, and all other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role in a complex environment or equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail, demonstrated ability to prioritise own workload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team, meeting competing deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
