The role of the Change Specialist is to drive intended business outcomes through sustained change adoption.

Job Summary

The Change Specialist will be responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing change plans that drive business outcomes. They provide expert advice to stakeholders on change management and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals, teams and organisations to navigate change and the change process.
  • Evaluate, design and implement change plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on change management and communication solutions.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Ability to support individuals, teams and organisations to navigate change.
  • Good understanding of and experience in change management activities including impact assessment, planning and risk mitigation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage own workload and multitask across competing priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and responsible working style.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
Experience
  • Leading a portfolio of varied changes.
  • Leading change management activities in a complex environment.
  • Working in a shared services environment is desirable.
  • Experience in training, facilitation and presenting.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications are highly valued.
