Senior Advisor Agreement Implementation

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive change management strategies, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of change initiatives. They will also facilitate communication efforts, design and deliver communications and leadership/employee engagement plans, and conduct change readiness assessments to identify potential areas of concern.

About the Role

In this position, you will:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end change management designs and deliveries, including strategy, planning, and implementation, using lean change management approaches.
  • Facilitate change impact assessments to identify impacts on roles, processes, and systems, analyzing and communicating these impacts across the business to the right people at the right time.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead communication efforts, designing, reviewing, and delivering communications and leadership/employee engagement plans, aligning communications with strategic narratives.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments, identifying and mitigating potential areas of concern.
  • Develop transition plans to embed changes, including handovers to Business as Usual (BAU).


What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on complex, multi-stream programs, ideally with regulatory or process transformation elements.
  • Strong working knowledge of change methodologies and principles, as well as stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including Stakeholder & Traditional Owner Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams, bridging strategic goals and frontline adoption.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing training and communication content across varied formats and audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple change streams in dynamic program delivery environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, HR, psychology, communication, or a related discipline are desirable.
  • Social and economic impact and opportunity analysis experience.
