Job Description

LVI Associates is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - HV/LV to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical works for power stations, substations, and large-scale infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to lead complex electrical installations within a long-term program of works.

Key Objectives

  • To develop and implement effective leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • To mentor and develop team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • To closely coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • To ensure all HV/LV electrical works comply with Australian standards and safety regulations.
  • To oversee installation, commissioning, and performance testing of electrical systems.
  • To identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • To manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing HV/LV electrical projects, including power stations, substations, or grid connections.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience working with tier-1 contractors or utility providers is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to project execution.
