Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our Facilities Management team at ClearCompany. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our electrical infrastructure, including the High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical distribution network.

Responsibilities include conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical assets, providing onsite technical support for contractors, and ensuring maintenance and repairs comply with safety and environmental standards. Additionally, you will supervise contractors performing installation, maintenance, and project work, and respond to urgent breakdowns while coordinating disruptions in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally involving high and low voltage electrical systems.
  • A current Electrical Licence and Trade Certificate in a relevant Electrical Trade.
  • Proven ability to supervise contractors effectively and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Strong technical expertise with complex electrical equipment.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
