Job OpportunityJob Description:

This position involves delivering expert security advice on physical security architecture to ensure the safety and security of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of security principles and practices, and be able to apply them to complex situations.

  • Develop physical security architecture elements for sensitive programs.
  • Create and communicate detailed physical security system designs and guidance to ensure compliance with relevant policies and frameworks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the security leadership and other teams, focusing on physical security.
  • Manage and implement physical security risk, threat, and vulnerability management.
  • Develop and review protective security policies, procedures, processes, guidelines, forms, and templates relating to protective security and day-to-day operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization and externally to ensure compliance obligations are met.

Conflicts should be addressed by listening, finding the best way forward, and persuading one's colleagues.
