Physical Security Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the physical security architecture elements on a sensitive program. They will create and communicate detailed physical security system designs and guidance to ensure compliance with government policies and frameworks.
A strong understanding of government security frameworks, policies, and standards is required. The ideal candidate should have experience in physical security system design and engineering. A degree in Architectural, Electrical Engineering, or Physical Security, or equivalent experience in a related security field, is necessary.
Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance is also required. Preference will be given to candidates with PSP, CPP, PMP Certification, CPTED Certification, and proven ability to lead business partners and supporting teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing extra-low voltage systems
- Collaborating with architectural and engineering teams
- Coordinating with physical security leaders
- Interpreting Risk Assessments and Threat Analysis and Physical Security Standards
- Government security frameworks, policies, and standards
- Physical security system design and engineering
