New Car Sales Director Position

The ideal candidate will oversee two high-performing volume franchises in the New Car Sales Department, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing financials and ensuring strong sales and gross figures potential

The role is hands-on and requires a back-office approach. The dealership operates Monday to Saturday, with a five-day workweek and Sundays off.

Compensation includes a retainer, superannuation, commission, and a car or car allowance. Expected On Target Earnings range from $150,000 to $160,000, with opportunities for higher earnings for top performers.
