Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs for underground mining operators and develop plans to address required competencies.
- Coordinate training for new employees and ensure effective delivery.
- Analyze UG mobile equipment performance data to identify variability in operator capability and performance.
- Facilitate training plans to maintain skills and address identified gaps.
- Liaise with site leadership and trainers on training needs and logistics.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working in underground mining (5+ Years).
- Cert IV in Training.
- Current Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
- All valid qualifications, certificates and licences (RPLs).
