Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Services professional to join our team.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from check-in to boarding.

  • They will be responsible for handling passenger queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers, providing accurate information and assistance with queries and concerns.

  2. Ensure timely and efficient processing of passengers through security checks, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.

  3. Monitor and control airport operations to guarantee compliance with safety and security regulations.

  4. Collaborate with ramp and GHA staff to ensure smooth airport operations and effective communication.

  5. Liaise with supervisors to address any operational issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • A trade or vocational qualification in a relevant field.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in airport operations, preferably with a leading airline.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

  • A positive attitude, energy, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience with DCS systems and knowledge of ticketing is an advantage.

  • Computer literacy and ability to manage mishandled baggage services.

  • Customer focus, service delivery, and excellent problem-solving skills.
