**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will provide personalized support services to elderly individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their overall wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families, and be sensitive to their individual needs and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide general housekeeping and laundry services
  • Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Help family carers to take a break or pursue other interests

**Requirements:**

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
