Quantitative Trader Opportunity

Are you a skilled quantitative professional looking for a challenging role that combines trading, technology, and research? We are seeking a talented Quantitative Trader to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative electronic strategies.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our trading floor. As a Quantitative Trader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new trading strategies using mathematical models and programming languages such as Python and C++. You will work closely with our trading, technology, and research teams to identify opportunities and optimize our trading performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Honours or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics
  • Solid, analytical problem-solving skills with excellent logical reasoning
  • Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and/or highly collaborative environment
  • Experience writing code to process and analyze large sets of data, especially in Python
  • Experience in C++ or other low-level programming languages is a plus
