Airside Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Driver with excellent leadership capabilities to lead our Airside team on shift.

The position involves supervising and coordinating team members in the Customer Delivery department, ensuring productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and training workers within a designated work area
  • Ensuring completion of regular performance assessment reports
  • Assisting supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area to ensure safe and timely delivery of aircraft meals
  • Leading by example and performing all duties of a Driver
  • Organizing and coordinating work within the designated work area
  • Performing administrative and reporting duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate leadership, decision making and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment.

You will also need to possess good verbal and written communication skills, hold and maintain possession of a valid ASIC card, Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license, and authority to drive airside ADA.

A fork lift license is preferred but not essential. First Aid Certificate & WHS qualifications are also preferred.

Flexibility in working around flight schedules is essential, including 7-day per week operation.
