Career Opportunity: Administrative Support Professional

At C&K Birralee Childcare Centre in Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane, we are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

As an Administration Assistant with our Birralee team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly and supports children to become confident lifelong learners.

**Job Description:**

You will be working 10 hours per week, providing administrative support to our centre. This includes managing enrolment records, assisting with financial tasks, and contributing to our inclusive team culture.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build friendly relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

You will also need:

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in administration or the early childhood sector is desirable but not essential.
