Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills? As a People Organisation Project Manager, you will lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of key talent and colleague experience initiatives across APAC, driving regional impact and influencing how people experience Aon across the region.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables, ensuring consistent delivery of regional programs.
  • Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to support change management and operational excellence, generating and interpreting data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of regional initiatives, mentoring and growing talent with opportunities to build leadership capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience in HR, project management, consulting, or talent program delivery.
  • Experience working at a regional level in a large, complex organisation, requiring strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • HR data analytics experience or strong analytical skills, with a flexible, open-minded approach and the ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
