Compliance Assessment Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our compliance assessment team. This is a challenging role that requires at least three days of on-site work per week.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data Development: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create and enhance compliance data, including risks, obligations, policies, controls, issues, and indicators.
  • Content Review: Oversee content creation or enhancement to ensure consistency, standardization, and relevance.
  • Knowledge Sharing/Coaching: Provide support and coaching to risk and compliance colleagues in the development process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Share periodic updates with business leadership and colleagues on progress and outcomes delivered.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide status reports on development progress to governance committees.
Requirements:
  • Proven industry experience in compliance management, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk and compliance facilitation, with a track record of designing effective compliance content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information and provide actionable insights.
  • Relevant professional qualifications are beneficial.
  • Able to operate at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • A proactive approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
