We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to join our team. As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of AV projects from inception to completion.
Your primary focus will be on managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and quick resolution of project challenges. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise in Audio & Video solutions, ensuring best-in-class installations.
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing, and Unified Communications solutions. You should have knowledge of LED Video Walls, Microsoft Teams rooms, DSP, Racking and knowledge of AV construction processes and techniques.
You will be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Experience with delivering on Project Mgmt. fundamentals of Time, Cost and Quality is also essential.
A qualification in AVIXA, CTS or a project management PMP or Agile certification would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of AV projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
- Quickly and effectively resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide technical expertise in Audio & Video solutions, ensuring best-in-class installations.

- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and share insights with the team.
