Reliability Expert

As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service outcomes for our customers. You will design and implement large-scale solutions, influence stakeholders, and support operational management.

Our team is responsible for marrying software engineering principles with operational services. We use the latest industry-wide methodologies around observability practices to deliver seamless execution of our award-winning banking apps.

You will be a technical leader, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve reliability throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications and systems will be essential in driving business outcomes.

We are passionate about creating a culture of data-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation aligned to SRE principles. Our team members are experts in partnering with senior stakeholders, leading distributed systems in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments, and developing tools required to support operational management.

• Expertise in software engineering and modern software development practices using tools such as Git for source control and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading teams of engineers driving outcomes using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
