We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim programs.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve daily sales targets and meet new member and program enrolment sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and experience to existing and prospective members and guests.
- Conduct tours of the centre/facility to turn prospective members into ongoing subscribers.
- Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy.
- Stay up-to-date with centre services and activities to provide relevant information to guests.
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
We are looking for someone with a strong sales and customer service background, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have experience in achieving sales targets and working in a team environment. You will also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests.
You will be a strong communicator, able to build rapport and positive relationships with people. You will have a flair for influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes, and lead by example. You will also be tech-savvy and have a strong understanding of sales-related performance KPIs.
