Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Develop and support a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead by example and provide effective supervision to practitioners.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of child protection frameworks, including relevant legislation and policies.
  • A well-developed practice framework that is culturally sensitive and responsive to diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments and community organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a leadership or management role within a social services organization.
  • Understanding of quality management principles and continuous improvement processes.
