We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia, one of Australia's largest not-for-profit providers of health and aged care services.

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity to work in our Intensive Care Unit at The Mater Hospital in North Sydney. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional care for critically ill patients and working with a supportive team to achieve a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing your knowledge of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • To collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Intensive Care (preferably with a Post-Graduate Certificate).
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and deliver quality patient care.
