Early Childhood Career Advancement Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for experienced educators to take on a leadership role and further develop their skills in Early Childhood education.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of young learners
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an Early Childhood setting
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
