About the Role

As a Career Advancement Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with Centre managers, Educational Leaders, and Centre teams to support and implement educational programs, practices, and pedagogies. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of educators, teachers, and children.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor educational leaders, teachers, and educators to enhance their skills and knowledge in educational programs, practices, and pedagogies.
  • Support the implementation of educational curricula and frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver professional development programs for Centre-based teams.
  • Provide hands-on Centre support and leadership to drive continuous improvement under the National Quality Standard (NQS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in an Educational Leadership role.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), Lead Educator, or Centre leadership roles.
  • Sound knowledge of ACECQA requirements and legislation related to early childhood education.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills.
