The Digital Content Delivery Expert role at Amazon Web Services involves providing expert-level technical support to customers who use our Media and Content delivery services, including Cloudfront, Simple Email Service, and AWS Elemental services.
Your key responsibilities will include applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex technical issues, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues, and collaborating with customers to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in networking protocols, experience with network troubleshooting tools, and knowledge of compressed and uncompressed digital video and audio standards. Additionally, exposure to OS and networking security concepts and standard methodologies is desirable.
