As our Content Marketing Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our content strategy, ensuring that every piece of content we produce is engaging, effective, and aligned with our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with account managers, designers and digital marketers to create compelling, high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients' business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of content production, from strategy and planning to execution and performance analysis.
- Oversee content creators, freelancers, and partners.
- Work collaboratively with our design, SEO, and digital teams to create multi-channel content campaigns.
- Ensure all content is high quality, engaging, and optimised for search, social, and lead generation.
- Stay ahead of B2B content trends, industry insights, and emerging technologies.
- Own editorial calendars, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Review and refine content for clarity, tone, and effectiveness, maintaining brand consistency.
- Work directly with clients to understand their objectives and ensure content meets their needs.
- Track content performance and leverage data to continuously improve results.

Desired Experience & Skills

- 6+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles, ideally within a marketing agency or B2B environment.
- Proven experience developing content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing writers or content teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to translate complex B2B topics into engaging, accessible content.
- Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content distribution best practices.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and reporting.
- Comfortable working with clients, presenting strategies, and adapting to feedback.
- Experience in industries such as technology, SaaS, finance or professional services is a plus.
