Civil Engineering Graduate Development Program

We offer a two-year program that combines work experience and structured training to help you grow professionally.

  1. During your first year, we focus on building your consulting foundation and developing your understanding of how projects come together.
  2. In the second year, you will deepen your technical knowledge, expand your networks and tailor your development pathway with guidance from experienced mentors.

You'll be involved in real projects including transport upgrades, geotech investigations, structural assessments and sustainable water solutions.
