Civil Engineering Graduate Program Opportunity

We're seeking talented individuals to join our civil engineering graduate program, designed to kickstart your career in the field. As a graduate, you'll be part of a collaborative design team working on real projects that shape infrastructure.

Our two-year program is tailored to help you develop consulting skills and gain hands-on experience in structures, roads, geotechnical engineering, water, or rail. You'll have the flexibility to explore areas that match your strengths and curiosity, contributing to transport upgrades, geotech investigations, structural assessments, or sustainable water solutions.

From day one, you'll work closely with experienced mentors, learning from them and growing your networks. In your first year, we'll focus on building your foundation in consulting, understanding how projects come together and where you fit in. By year two, you can deepen your technical knowledge, grow your networks, and tailor your development pathway.

Joining us involves several steps:
