About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for our clients. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and the right candidate will have a proven track record in project management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of engineers and designers to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management.
- At least 5 years' experience in design to Australian standards of OH and UG electricity distribution assets.
- CPEng or NER accreditation.
- A proven track record in best practice project management of engineering design projects.
- An understanding of topographical mapping/GIS tools is highly desirable.
