Job Overview

The Logistics Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and organized management of stock deliveries, shipments, and customer product repairs.

This position supports the Country Manager with administrative tasks and assists with order fulfillment from receipt of purchase orders through to pick and pack and shipment to customers.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work collaboratively with 3PL partners to execute timely customer orders by assisting with the Pick & Pack process.
  • Contribute to stocktaking and stock management initiatives with 3PL partners.
  • Inform Sales Operations Specialist of low stock levels.

Requirements include excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure, catch on quickly, and maintain superb time management skills.
