We're seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our claims team. As the first point of contact for phone enquiries, you'll provide high-level administrative support and ensure the effective and timely management of claims.
- Work closely with the Claims Assessors to ensure efficient claim handling.
- Register and allocate new claims accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients and brokers via phone and email.
- Request and follow up required information from claimants and service providers.
