We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Aquatic Instructor to join our team at the Albany Creek Leisure Centre.

About the Role

This is a casual position that requires you to work mornings, evenings and weekends. As an Aquatic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety skills to students of all ages and abilities.

You will have a passion for swimming and making children safer around the water. To be successful in this role, you should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Requirements
  • Energetic and innovative teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Blue Card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
  • Current Swim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
