About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Leading Hand to join our Track team in Seven Hills. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct track labourers with strong self-delivery experience.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
  • Ensure excellent communication skills and a valid Construction Induction (White Card) & Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
  • Cert II in Rail Infrastructure is required, and a valid Drivers Licence Class 'C' or 'HR' is necessary.
  • Ability to pass a CAT3 medical, comprehensive functional, and Drug & Alcohol tests.
