We are seeking a driven lawyer with at least 3 years of post-admission experience to join our team as an Employment and Industrial Relations Lawyer.
As an Employment and Industrial Relations Lawyer, you will take on a varied and challenging caseload that focuses on litigation within the employment and industrial relations space. You will be responsible for representing clients in disputes, handling matters related to unfair dismissal, workplace bullying, discrimination, and enterprise bargaining.
You must have strong litigation skills and experience with industrial relations disputes or employment law matters.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years post-admission experience (PAE) in employment and industrial relations law (private practice only)
- Proven litigation experience is essential
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex matters with minimal supervision
