Job Description:
Your role plays a significant part in our company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.
You will:
- Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base - Help build positive customer experiences.
- Latest field-based mobile technology assists you in managing your daily work schedule.
- Inventory input on Company allocated service van & customer sites - Deliver a professional level of service.
- Gaining experience in dealing with top-tiered customer base.
- Initial 8 Week onboarding and industry-leading training program.
- Perform routine maintenance & complete service work - Reactive & Planned.
- Accurately maintaining important service records of work performed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Keeping up to date with industry trends, new products, and services.
- Partnering with the Company and maximising additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
