Your Role

As a Logistics Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate stock levels. You will also assist engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople in accessing the products they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
  • Help keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should also be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate. Additionally, you should have a clean valid MR Truck driver's licence and be open to working various shifts, including weekends.
