Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing information about our retirement living options.
  • Conduct tours and provide personalized consultations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and care.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Support the contract administration process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in retirement living.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
