As a specialist in rolling stock, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing new equipment, overseeing its installation, and ensuring its maintenance. Your technical expertise will be crucial in understanding and applying Australasian, European, and American standards to deliver high-quality results.This position involves working on passenger and heavy haul projects in the rail industry. Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and commissioning new rolling stock
  • Developing and managing maintenance strategies for existing rolling stock
  • Interpreting and applying Australasian, European, and American standards to ensure compliance
  • Creating and managing whole life cost models for rolling stock lease
